Payment Options
Online payments with major credit cards (Mastercard/Visa) and bank transfers.
We are a licensed safari tour operator, thus all payments are made to RA Expeditions Limited. Never send money internationally to an individual – only to a legitimate, registered company.
Once you have completed your booking, we will provide the necessary payment details, directly.
Deposits
We do sometimes require a deposit in advance.
This deposit goes toward your safari or trek.
It will allow us to book accommodations or arrange for food and porters for your trek.
Can I pay for my tour in increments?
Yes! We understand that some clients may need to pay for their safari or trek over time. We allow clients to book and reserve their adventure (with a deposit) and send in the remaining payments over time.
Remember, high-season dates can fill up fast, so we cannot hold a spot unless a deposit has been made.
We require that your safari/trek be paid in full before departing on your adventure, and 40% to secure and confirm your safari/trek dates.

Cancellations
We know that the unexpected can happen and have unfortunate effects on your travel plans.
RA Safaris offers the opportunity for confirmed guests to change dates or re-design a tour.
There may be a small fee for these adjustments because such changes require new hotel bookings, camping fees or park entry costs, which are separate from RA Safaris.
If you need to cancel your safari for reasons outside of your control, contact us for a partial refund.
Receipts
Upon receiving your payment, we will send you an official receipt of payment, along with an invoice for any outstanding amounts.

Important Note
Unfortunately, there have been recent scams related to Tanzania safari tours. Since you may have searched several tour operators before landing on RA Safari’s page, it’s possible you shared your information or requested a quote from another tour operator.
For your own security, never send money to any individual, even if they claim to be affiliated with RA Safaris. We only accept payments through our official bank account, RA Expeditions Limited.
